Individual Therapy is for is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. We have virtual options available, however depending on ages and challenges, in person is an option as well.

Family Therapy


Family therapy is a type of treatment designed to help with issues that specifically affect families' mental health and functioning. We have virtual options available, however depending on severity of the case, in person is an option as well.

School/Community Based Therapy Groups

Consultation Needed

Are you looking for a therapists to facilitate social skills groups, for your students? These groups are structured based off of the need of your school. Topics can be anywhere from healthy communication, emotional regulation, anger management, and more. These groups are limited to 12 students per group.

Reunification Therapy Sessions

Consultation Needed

is when therapy or counseling sessions are held between one or both parents and the child to bridge the gap between an estranged or isolated parent and the child. The objective is to encourage a stronger relationship and reunify the child with that parent. Number of sessions are determined by the court.
